System 2 Installation / Programming Manual
Terminals #35 through #36 - Shunt Contacts
These contacts are rated at 5 AMPS 30 volts DC. They can be used to shunt a door contact.
This set of contacts follows the main relay because they activate at the same time the main relay
activates. Terminal #35 is Normally Open, and #36 is Normally Open.
Terminal #37 - Zone Input
The System 2 can monitor a normally closed contact wired between this terminal and Terminal
#22. When the switch opens, a Zone On event is generated. When the switch closes, a Zone
Off event is generated. These events can activate an Auxiliary output.
RS232 Connector (P1)
Pin 1 = DCD Carrier Detect - Input
Pin 2 = RXD Receive Data - Input
Pin 3 = TXD Transmit Data - Output
Pin 4 = Not Used
Pin 5 = Ground
Pin 6 = Not Used
Pin 7 = RTS Request To Send - Output
Pin 8 = CTS Clear To Send - Input
Pin 9 = Not Used
